This program is particularly suited for individuals who are curious about freediving but may have reservations or uncertainties about starting a formal certification course. It offers a supportive setting to explore introductory skills and build confidence before advancing to more extensive training.

Program Highlights

  • Basic Freediving Knowledge: Participants will acquire foundational knowledge about the principles and practices of freediving, including the importance of relaxation techniques for both body and mind.

  • Skill Development: The program covers essential skills such as proper finning techniques, effective duck dives

  • Dynamic and Static Exercises: Participants will engage in dynamic and static breath-hold exercises, aimed at enhancing breath control and overall comfort in the water.

  • Trial Experience: Designed for those who may feel apprehensive about committing to a Level 1 course immediately, the trial provides a low-pressure environment to experience the joys and challenges of freediving.

WHAT TO BRING

• Swimmers
• Towel & sunscreen 
• Light snacks and water (there is a café and water fountain onsite)
• Any medication – please advise us if this may affect your in water experience.  
• If you have any food allergies, please advise
